How it works
Healthy meal plans
We’ve partnered with professional food scientists Eat and Think to create meal plans that tell you exactly what to eat, and when, to get your body in the best possible shape.
You’ll receive a weekly shopping list which you can open on your smartphone at the supermarket, and tick off each item as you buy them. The plans are designed with a budget in mind so your food shop won’t break the bank. Exclusive plans available for meat-eaters, vegetarians, and for those who follow a gluten-free diet.
You’ll be able to see your plan for the week ahead, and each day fitrbody will break down exactly what you need to do.
An easy to follow progress tracker will show you how you’re doing and will help you achieve your goals, whether that’s to achieve a healthy body weight, tone up, or get super fit.
As well as runs tailored to your ability you’ll also be directed to a series of varied and fun workout videos designed by expert personal trainers at Wild Training to get you in optimum shape.
Each workout comes in stages so you can fit your exercise around your busy schedule. As you get fitter and stronger you can up the levels to up the intensity.
